By posting on FFF you are agreeing to follow all of our rules.

We reserve the right to edit or remove any posted content. Topics may be deleted or closed to keep the board organized and up to date.
We reserve the right to ban, suspend, or remove posting abilitys of a user without warning.
Creating multiple accounts to get around suspension or other punishment will result in an automatic ban of ALL your accounts and your IP address, permanently. The same rule applies with Dynamic IP addresses.

Etiquette

Spamming
-Spam is not allowed. This includes short, useless posts or excessive repeat posting.
-Spamming is only allowed in the Gnome Forum.

Rezzing

-Rezzing is not allowed. This includes posting in any topics that are over two weeks old.
-Rezzing is only allowed in the Gnome Forum and the Oldschool Final Fantasy forums.

Flaming

-We will have zero tolerance when dealing with members flaming each other
-No profanity when directed at other users.
-No racial, ethnic, gender insults or any other discriminations.
-No offensive or harmful posts/PMs.

Double Posting

-Double posting is against the rules. This means making two posts consecutively in a topic. Use the Posted Image button instead of double posting.
-Double posting is only allowed in the Gnome Forum.

Advertising

-Do not advertise any board, forum, website, or service via PM, topic/thread, post, or anywhere else on this forum.
-However, you may advertise in your signature only.

Other

-Pornography, warez, and any other illegal activities are not allowed.
-Complaints about a staff member should be sent by PM to an Admin.
-Large images or several images should be linked to and not posted directly.
-Post in an appropriate forum. If your topic is placed in the wrong forum, it may be moved.
-As a member, it is your obligation to report advertisers that advertise via PM.

FAQs
How do I become a moderator?

-Do not ask to be promoted to any staff position on this board. We only offer promotions to those experienced members that we find suitable for the position.
-Making quality posts, sticking around for a long time, and helping newer members are all good ways to get the admins to consider you for a moderator.

How do I get a signature?

Heres a step-by-step:
1. Upload your signature using photobucket or some other image hosting site.
2. Once you have uploaded your signature, copy the URL
3. Click "Preferences" at the top of your screen while browsing the index of the forum
4. This will bring up a list, select "Change Signature"
5. In here you will see a text box similar to the ones when you make a post, hit the grey "IMG" button.
6. Paste in the copied URL of your picture then hit "ok"
7. Click 'Edit Signature" and it should be there for good!

How do I get an avatar?

Heres a step-by-step (very similar to getting a signature):
1. Upload your avatar using photobucket or some other image hosting site.
2. Once you have uploaded your avatar, copy the URL
3. Click "Preferences" at the top of your screen while browsing the index of the forum
4. This will bring up a list, select "Change Avatar"
5. In here you will see the title "Custom Avatar", click "browse" and select the picture from your computer that you want to use as an avatar and/or insert the URL
6. Hit either the "Use Uploaded Avatar" or "Use URL Avatar" respectively and it should be good. Take note that pictures bigger then 150x150 pixels will be shrunk (and may become pixelated).

How can I change my name?

You can't personally, but the admins can! PM an Admin and tell them what you want your name to be. Please note that name changing is frowned upon as we would like you to pick a name and stick with it, if you would like your name changed, please include a legit reason as to why you need it changed.

How do I get a custom title?

Heres a step-by-step:
1. Click "Preferences" at the top of your screen while browsing the index of the forum
2. This will bring up a list, select "Update Profile"
3. In here you will see the "Member Title" box, simply type what you would like your new member title to be
4. Hit "Save Profile Changes" at the bottom and it should be set in stone, at least until you choose to change it again

What are the preset titles?

Heres how the preset custom titles go (measured in posts):
0 - Gnome
10 - Chocobo Breeder
100 - Moogle
300 - Guardian
500 - Maester
750 - Cetra
1000 - High Summoner
1500 - SeeD
2000 - SOLDIER
2500 - Turk

How do I become an affiliate?

If you wish to affiliate with FFF, please contact an admin. Before asking for affiliation, know that we are not interested in sites that have main content that is not FF, Anime, or RPG related. Affiliates are also reserved for forums and websites that are equal to or close to the size of FFF, or for active members' of FFF's forums.
