I've been looking at picking up a lift table.
This is what I am getting real close to buying.....It has good feedback and looks to be a complete lift package.
Any feedback?

i will try to post a picture of mine. yours looks more professional but i wanted to make one that wouldnt get slick on top when doing oil changes ect. i started with a 2"x 2" angle bottom frame bolted to floor (dont bolt down till everything is set up sence alcohol seems to cause a change in construction plans). then you get a 4' x 10' drain grating sheet cut at a metal supply yard and bolt a 2" x 2" angle frame to bottom of grating. next make 2 H lifting arms about 3 ft long next stop drinking long enough to make correct measurement of h-bars with grade 8 1/2 bolts. bolt bottom of h-bar to bottom frame and top of h=bar to top frame at a distance that will let you lower grate to floor and raise up to about 36" high. at the h cross bar i bolted a heavy truck air bag to each cross bar and install whip hose with a lever valvethen attached a conner hose to back air bag. after installation of air bags fully deflated it is about 6" off floor . could have probably gotten away with one air bag sence fully bolted up back section will raise same as front section but wanted to make sure it had plenty of support. sounds like a lot of work but this design also allowed me to put florecent lights under it to light up bottom of bike. also it is wide enough to lean bike on stand and has plenty of places to attach straps to hold bike. it raises up smooth and lets down smooth. it also allows you to drain oil thru grating into a pan on the floor. i just wanted one that you couldnt slip on when you are on it with the bike. down side to this style is it is not a scissor action so as you raise it grateing sheet with bike on it moves a little forward the high you raise it but this is ok if you have room. one could design a scissor action as well you would just have to use channel instead of angle w/ metal rollers. sorry for not posting a picture will try to later. whichever way you go it is a whole lot better with a lift table instead of a 79.00 two bar jack.

I though about doing that for raising either end. Do you strap the bike once its up (FOR STABILITY)? Do the lift straps get in the way when your trying to work?

I looked at those and by the time you buy extenders, jacks and all the accessories they are up there. Parts are a problem as well.
They might be decent for some.

Looks nice. I would have one if I had the space for it. I have a crafstman bike lift, and had to make some adapters for the Venture, It works fine with the other bikes, small foot print, and is relatively stable. I use it for everything including washing the bikes. Makes it real easy to do the wheels, and gets it to where I'm not bending/stooping - saves my back.

For me, it depends on the type of work I'm doing, if for some reason I need to move the forks or spin the wheels, I prefer my type of lift, for getting it to a good height for oil changes, stripping the bike for maintenance, wiring, etc I think the one you are looking at is better (if you have the space to dedicate to the big ol' thing).

Of course - this is JMHO.

It all looks good to me! I need a heated/cooled building with a
concrete floor first. I have one similar to yanks, it's ok but could be better.

I have the room for it. i also seem to have collected 5 bikes and they all require maintenance, repairs and cleaning. The back thing is the main reason. It just kills me to keep bending....not to mention Yank lives near by :smokin:
This lift has 7 lockable positions that offer a variety of heights.
I am sick of bending!
