Sweet Talker Posts: 2,410 Group: play Member #536 Joined: May 2, 2005	Hi! Well, my Saturday sucked!! I got up early to go to the office for a sale that I had advertised. No one showed up! Although I did go through some paperwork and get some things organized. After about 3 hours of that, I left. Started having a little pain in my back and side. Before I could even get to the exit where I live (about 20 minutes away) I was in such excruciating pain that I couldn't stand it. I went to the emergency room. I thought I was going to die by the time I got there!! I believe I have a kidney stone! They did a CT but said they didn't see a stone, but I know that is what it is. I have all the symptoms. The pain was so bad that they gave me Toradol, then morphine, and finally Delodin (sp?) before the pain would go away and I could stop crying! I spent 5 hours there! They said my white blood cell count was up but they weren't sure why....hellloooo kidney infection along with a stone. I don't care that they couldn't see the stupid thing...they couldn't give me any other explanation, nor does anything create such pain in that place so suddenly except a kidney stone and make you nauseous. They sent me home with antibiotics and Vicodin for pain. Stupid doctors....I told them when I pass the thing...I'll bring it back to them so they know that sometimes you need to listen to the patient not just the tests. :devil:
